With shortbread in season, I could not allow it pass me oh. So I made mine. Smells milky and just melts in your mouth. My kids ate half before the pic. Lolz
Recipe
Plain flour 130g
Rice flour 45g
Unsalted butter 115 g
Pinch of salt
Sugar 55g
Cream butter until light and fluffy add sugar and salt and mix well.
Add the flour which have been sifted to the creamy mix.
Gather together abd place on a parchment paper.
Flatten out to about 1 cm thick and cut to shape.
Place in a fridge for 15 mins.
Put in a preheated oven for 50 to 60 min. Cool on rack and enjoy.
