How to Make Shortbread Biscuits Without Vanilla Extract (with plain flour)

Recipe for delicious shortbread biscuits.

Ingredients;

125gm of butter,

55gm of sugar,

180gm of plain flour,

Milk.

Method.

Beat the butter and sugar untill smooth.

Stir the flour into the mixed butter and sugar until smooth paste is abtained.

Add powdered milk (don't use liquid or water).

Take to a work surface and roll untill you get 1 cm thick paste.

Cut into desired shapes and bake in an oven (190degree or gas 5).
