Broccoli smoothie
Recipe
1 bulb of broccoli
1/4 medium size watermelon
1/2 medium size pineapple
(You can use any fruit of your choice, I limited mine so I get the taste of the broccoli which is packed with protein)
Method
Blend the watermelon & pineapple and sieve.
Use the juice to blend the chopped (so you don't over work the blender motor) broccoli, sieve afterwards with a not too tiny sieve.
Serve chilled, its quite filling and good for your health.
Note: Watermelon was used so I can have enough liquid to make the blender spin. And this recipe keeps you far from cancer.
