Apricot jam filled doughnut, tear and share bread served with tomato sauce beans. Breakfast oh.
Doughnut recipe
Flour 225g bread flour
1/2tsp salt
1 tsp Cinammon
1 tsp yeast
75ml warm milk
25g butter, melted
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
Oil for frying
Method
Sift flour in a bowl, add salt, Cinammon and yeast and stir well.
Add the milk,butter and egg and make a soft dough.
Divide into balls, and place on a flour dusted tray and allow to rise.
After rising, fry in oil, until golden brown.
Ciat with extra sugar and using a piping set, inject jam into doughnut. Enjoy.
