Ingredients:
Rice,
Carrots,
Green peas,
Green beans,
Green pepper,
Sweetcorn,
A little atarodo if you like it hot.
Spices,
Meat stock and
A few table spoons of vegetable oil, although not necessary.
Procedure:
1. Wash and Parboil your rice.
2. Put it back in a pot with your meat stock and seasoning spices.
3. Wash and dice your veggies.
4. Stir fry the vegetables til tender in 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil and season .
5. When rice is soft enough, stir fry the rice in the veggies and your food is ready.
