Ingredients
Sponge cake
200g grinded groundnut
500g butter icing
Method:
*After baking the cake, cut it round into 3 layers.
*Rub the butter icing on each layer.
*Coat the cake with butter icing.
*Apply the grinded groundnut round the cake not on top.
*Cut the round cake in a triangle shape.
*Garnish with sliced carrot.
