How to Make Small Chops in Nigeria

Actually this is one of the exclusive small chop recipes of our own original experiments. Follow these steps to make yours.

Don't worry if you don't get something like the one in the picture. Just make sure you follow the instruction to get your delicious nigerian small chops version.

Ingredients:

250g (8.8 oz) all purpose Flour

120g (5.3 oz) Butter, margarine

Sugar (adjustable quantity)

Salt, half spoon

1 Milk

Yeast

Tomato (just the way you like)

1 Onion

Method:

1. Mix flour, little butter, sugar, a pinch of salt.

2. Ten aside you will mix your milk and yeast to soak inside the milk.

3. Rub the dry things with the butter until it becomes smooth.

4. Then pour your milk mixture inside and mix well add water little by little 'til it draws.

5. Aside you'll slice tomato and onion.

6. After everything you put it on the stick as shown in the last picture.
