How to Make Fruit and Vegetable Puree for Babies

Mixed fruit puree recipe for babies. Fruit puree helps babies and even adult to get the consistent nutrient of a fresh fruit in it's liquid and natural form.

Ingredients:

Apple

Pear

Strawberries

Kiwi,

Peach,

Apricot

Pineapples

Oranges

Plums.

Method:

Peel and blend the various fruits together. Using the orange juice to blend instead of water.

Put your product inside a cover container.

Store in Freezer.

I put the ones I need immediately in the freezer. Then a day or two before use I put others in the fridge to defrost as needed. Adults can take it too.

You can add it to hot meals such as quaker oats, custard, weetabix. It helps cool the food down so no need to heat the fruit,

PS: Make sure you retain the natural fruit juices to add when blending e.g. pineapple. It makes it sweeter and richer.
