2 Best Simplest Ways to Boil Chicken and Meat When You Don't Have Much

Assuming you have just the basics of the basic ingredients, how do you go around boiling chicken meat and make it taste, smell and look good?

Let's say you just have:

Salt,

Maggi

Onions

Groundnut and

Palm oil.

Take this procedure:

1. Season the two (chicken and meat), put them in cooking pot and place it on fire, but not too much heat.

2. Add salt if necessary, because some brand of maggi contains too much salt.

4. After boiling pour the groundnut oil in deep frying pan, allow the oil to be piping hot and start frying.

OR:

1. Wash the meat with only water and salt, and put in the pot.

2. Slice your onions to the pot, put small salt, and maggi (according) to the quantity of meat.

3. Then let it cook (on low heat) with the water from the wash.

4. After 2 minutes, add small water, and be checking to add water, poke with fork to see if it's done.

5. It should be softer when it's done. Then you sieve the meats, and save the broth for soup.
