Had to satisfy a craving this morning and in a bid to make it a little bit healthier wheat eggroll was born. So so delicious....
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup wheat flour,
1/2 cup white flour,
1/8 cup sugar,
1/8 cup powdered milk,
a pinch of salt,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
2 tsp butter, enough water to form a soft dough.
3 boiled eggs.
Method:
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix in butter, then add water to form a dough.
Divide into 3 and roll around the boiled eggs. Then deep fry.
NOTE- because it's wheat it tends to brown on time so I left it for longer to make sure it's cooked through hence the very brown look. Enjoy!
