Recipe.
Bread flour 5 cups
Wholewheat flour 1 cup
Yeast 3 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Warm coconut milk 2 cups
Olive oil 1/3 cup
2 eggs
Method:
1. Sift flours together. Add salt, 3 tbsp of sugar, oil and eggs.
2. Pour the coconut milk in a sauce pan and heat until just about to boil.
3. Pour half a cup of the warm milk into a cup, add the yeast and a tablespoon of sugar and allow to bubble up.
4. Pour yeast and remaining milk into the flour and mix.
5. Knead flour until dough feels soft and elastic.
6. Put dough in oil bowl and leave to rise.
7. When dough has risen, pinch down and shape dough and place in a greased floured pan to rise again.
8. When dough has risen, egg wash or glaze as desired and place in oven.
Bake brown and enjoy.
