Corn bread
Recipe:
-1-1/2 cups of cornflour
-2-1/2 cups of milk
-2 cups of flour
-1 tspoon baking powder
-1/2 tspoon salt
-a little bit more than 2/3 cup of flour
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of veg oil
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F (200 degree C).
2. In a bowl,combine corn and milk and let stand for 5mins.
3. Greese a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
5. Mix in the corn and milk mixture, eggs and oil until smooth.
6. Add warm water little by little until you get a dropping batter.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan, bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35mins or till your toothpick comes out clean.
For those that don't have an oven like me, put your pot on the stove/gas/coalpot, put sand or stone in your pot and place whatever you want to bake and cover.
You can also put empty evaporated milk tin in your empty pot and place your pan inside it and bake.
