Put enough sand in the pot and put on the stove,allow the sand to heat very well, then transfer whatever you want to bake into a baking pan and place on top of the sand and cover.
Time it depending on what is in there, but you can check from time to time to avoid burning or over heating.
Note: if you have to use kerosense stop to make cake, just bake at low heat because they don't like much heat too and they burn quickly.
