Nigerian cookies are made the same way all the time but many fail to recognize the exact measurement and taste of a normal cookie. The best cookie is the one used for cupcakes which only require the following ingredients:
350g flour,
150g sugar,
250g butter,
Milk,
Flavor, vanilla etc
Egg.
Method:
Mix butter and sugar then add egg, flavour and flour mix , then roll and cut. You can roll dough to your desired shape by using hand, pen or shaping tools.
