How to Make Chin Chin Nigerian Snack

From my kitchen, here is the simplest way to make rich nigerian chin chin. We are going to use minimum measurement but you can add or double everything if you want to make it in large quantity.

Ingredients and Quantities:

Flour - 10 cups

Sugar - 2 cups

Salt - just a little

Baking powder - 2 tablespoons

Margarine - 250g

1 large egg

2 cups of water

Groundnut oil or turkey - for frying, one bottle will do.

Procedure:

1. For 10 cups (tin) of flour, add 2 cups (tin) of sugar, little salt, 2 tbsp of baking powder, 250g of margarine into the flour and mix.

2. Brake 1 large egg into a bowl,whisk and add 2 cups of water to it, mix together and pour into the mixed flour and mix till it form dough, and little water if requires and if not, start cutting to desired shape.

3. Deep fry in a very hot groundnut or turkey oil.

Please no onions. If you need flavor into it add vannila extract or milk.
