Healthy Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss

This is a smoothie recipes for weight loss without yogurt and other unfavourable recipes.

INGREDIENTS are

Oatmeal

Bragg apple cider vinegar

Raw organic spinach

Low fat milk

Bananas

Apple

Strawberries

Procedure:

1. Cook your oatmeal and put ina bowl.

2. Pour your milk in a blender, add your spinach/lettuce/kale whatever green veggies you want to add.

3. Add 2 teaspoons of vinegar, (it's optional though) you can do without it but personally, I take mine with it and with all my Drinking water.

4. Now you have your milk, vinegar, and spinach in your blender. Now add 2 very riped bananas and 2 sweet apples or whatever fruit you want to add it to avoid sugar.

Sugar reduces the importance of smoothies as it contains glucos.

5. When all this is added, blend together and then add the Oatmeal in and blend very well to puree. It will make you go as often as possible and it's very filling.

In order to experience significant effect of the weight loss smoothy, drink non-stop for 2 weeks, combining it with healthy diets. Also eat some good salad.
