1. Getting Enough night rest.

You might sing along, or even dance to keep your self more awake before returning to work. Faster tracks are more recommended, avoid blues.
6. When you feel sleepy, wash your face letting the water to enter your eyes a bit.

11. Drink alot of cool water.
Drinking cool water helps our nerves to be so active, and provides our body the nourishment to stay more alert. So drink at least a cup of cool water every 30 mins. It makes you more alert by providing the most continual urge to ease yourself and also settles your mind to focus on your work rather than thinking of something else. While having to go to the toilet is more distractive to work, it is much more better than to slumber at work.
12. Start a Small chat with your office mates, in order to have a laugh.
