It would instantly repel them and kill those that stayed for long hanging on the building.

Orange Oil.
Orange oil works well if you want to get rid of flying termites yourself because of the less number of solder termites. Put some amount into a spray container and sprinkle all over door frames, pillar, windows to restrict them.
