1. Doing the things that flexible people do. In order to become flexible your joints must get used to flexible activities. Keep your joints lubricated and ready to act in every unusual instances. Do some knee stretches and twisting.
2. Exercise your joints at most. Involve yourself in exercises and sport trainings. Work out daily, morning and evening. Do some pimping, atleast 50 times every morning and evening. List up your number achievement and improve the quality of your activities with time.
3. Lose weight. Reduce your intake of sugar, fatty foods and snacks to burn more calories than you consume during exercise. Drink more water to overcome the temptation of eating more food that is required to keep you healthy. Abstain from eating competition, instead concentrate on flexible people and learn more from their perception.
4. Visual Flexible Supervision. Join marital arts and gymnastic classes to know how perfect you are progressing. Some stretches can injure or limit the rate flexibility one can attain but with proper supervision, you could make it perfectly. Concentrate more and do not take any hasty step to become very flexible fast.
5. Eat balanced diet to stay healthy. Flexibility needs alot of constant commitment and time. If you retire for a while and continue someday, you may likely to achieve zero result. So eat balance diet to stay healthy and overcome fatigue.
6. Finger flexibility. Hold a finger with one hand and simply push it back until you start to feel some extreme pains. Stop there for atleast 2 to 5 minutes. Keep your body "eased" and be calm until you've reached the proper time. Tomorrow, repeat the same thing pushing the finger more backwards. Note that you are not to force it in order to overcome long term pains that may discourage your determination.
7. Fast Wrist flexibility. Sit on your kneels and place the back of your hands on the floor with the fingers facing up. Press them to and fro to overcome one thrust pains. Turn the hand upside down and do the same thing, limiting the movement whenever you feel some pains. Remember to stretch both hands at the same time. Do not neglect the other side of you, for this might account to imbalance flexibility.
8. Back flexibility. Try and make backbend stretches. Do not take it so far, for there is a risk in damaging your spinal cord. But the key to get the back very flexible fast is to do the backbend stretches putting your legs together very often.
9. Legs flexibility. Sit down on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Stretch down towards your knees without bending forward following the knee thrust. In the other hand, swing your right leg over your left leg and do the same for the left leg for atleast 5 minutes both.
In order to become safe and flexible, one of the major hobby ways to lubricate your joints is dancing. Learn much break dance and try your best to do it perfectly no matter the challenge. Yoga is also very important to keep your body warmed to become very flexible fast. Just be determined and consider time as the greatest asset that gives flexibility. Stretch up.
