3 different methods of preparing indomie instant noodles with egg:
1. Perboil the indomie and remove from water. Break enough eggs, add indomie seasoning,curry,pepper and enough grated onion. Then add your perboiled indomie to the egg and whisk. Heat small amount of oil in pan and fry the mixture. Just the way you fry normal scrambled egg.
2. Mix the egg with grated onions and pepper, a few pinches of crayfish wouldn't be bad also. Whisk the mixture properly, make sure the indomie is almost done with very little water and not soggy, pour in the mixture, stir and remove from heat.
3. Boil indomie and sieve out the water in a filter. Whisk the egg, put your spices, sliced tomatoes, onions, pepper, and seasonings and thereafter turn the indomie into it. Heat groundnut oil, when hot you turn the indomie into the oil and stir till its light brown. Do enjoy!
