How to Be a Good Leadership
1. Mission and vision. Know how you decide things for the knowledgable betterment of your followers. Make it known to them as a challenge in order to achieve this vision. Do not work around the cycle as many leaders do instead, be strict to move from one to two and three to four. Let your endeavour be of achieving great and greater things.
2. Equality. Although you know very well that you are not equal with others as a leader, draw some equality. Do not brag around overlooking the needs of others, when you pull yourself down a bit you can view the perception and responsibility that was being ignored.
3. Get focused.
Take action by making the assumptions realities. Decide and design. Make your leadership stand-out by amending the past plans and introducing new unforgettable innovations. Thus it makes you a good leadership without you making some big budgets or fulfillments.
4. Focus on a Direction. If your focus is on education, what part of the education is most important to you? Is it paying teachers a good salary, making sure all teachers are well educated or giving free education and free study materials to schools and colleges? Focus on one aspect of this innovation to make sure it is done well so that the people (your followers) will perceive the change for a long time.
5. Discipline. Introduce discipline to your leadership in order to avoid the pitfalls of misfortunes among your supporters. Carelessness is harmful when handling an "active" position as a leadership. You are to be disciplined as well as your followers who will learn from you.

6. Be a Compassionate Leadership. Do not be selfish to your supporters instead, convince them that you're good leadership by lending a hand of help through natural development skills, coaching, understanding their worse, and most importantly paying the greatest attention on their financial needs.
7. Be a focused communicator. Do not ramble, keep your speech short in the public, with a very meaningful and clever effect. Be composed and avoid so much body language while giving out an important speech or plan.
8. Build Relationship Between Your Supporters. Every good leadership most be capable of building relationship between his followers. Make them to understand the advantage of them being under your leadership collaborating together, thus can bring great exploitation and quick achievements from both sides. Settle every disagreement without making anyone feel deprive of his or her right. Be a peace-maker and not troublemaker, settle disputes with justice.
10. Honesty. Do not be the old political game player. Make sure your promises are bound to accomplishment in all circumstances. Do not deceive people in order to satisfy your own selfish desires, a good leadership starts from the mind and if your intent is only aimed to gaming the leadership, you are going to miss the trust, reliance and support from people. Integrity and responsibility is a quality of every good leadership.

11. Be Fearless. Fearful leadership always fails to achieve his goal on many basics. Failure comes either because of doubt or fear. Be bold to speak and command making your dreams a day.
12. Loyal Act. Make a proper use of manpower resource, respect and encourage their effort. Appreciation in words and actions always distributes a perceivable good leadership among the workers, especially in the office work.
