How to Make the Best Coffee and Walnut Cake Nigerian Style

Wanting to make easy coffee and walnut cake the nigerian style?

Just make sure you have the following ingredients:

115g flour

1 15g butter

50g walnuts

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp. espresso coffee

2 eggs

115 sugar

FOR FILLING:

250g cream cheese

1 tbsp. coffee

1 tbsp. sugar

DIRECTION:

1. In a bowl, sift in flour.

2. Add sugar, butter eggs, baking powder AND coffee, all in one and mix for one minute.

3. Then with a spatula fold in the walnuts.

4. Bake for 25mins.

Making Coffee and Walnut Cake Filling:

In a bowl mix all 3 ingredients together 'til it looks creamy and smooth.

Mould to favourable shapes and place on frying pan.

Adjust your oven/stove to a moderate degree and fry.
