Best Shrimp and Coconut Rice Recipe (Crab & Crayfish) with Beef Stock

SHRIMP COCONUT RICE Recipe

What you need:

500g rice

250ml coconut milk

500g shrimps

100g grinded crayfish (shrimp)

100g margarine

100g sliced onions

200ml beef stock

40g mill pepper salt

Maggi spice to taste

Method of cooking

1. Par-boil the riceg, wash and keep in a strainer.

2. Season the shrimps and boil for 15min.

3. Season the coconut milk and put on the fire to boil.

4. Add the crayfish, butter and the stock.

5. Boil for 20min, then pour the rice and cook till tender.

6. Correct the seasoning for taste.

7. Dish on a flat service dish and garnish with sliced fresh tomatoes and shredded pimento.
