How to Make Wheat Chin Chin

There I go again with my experiments. Say hi to my wheat chin chin.... So crunchy!


White flour 500g

Wheat flour 250g

Nutmeg 1

Sugar 140g

Water 1 1/4 cups

Powdered milk 1/2 cup

Milk flavour 2tbsps

Butter 150g

Salt 3/4tsp

Egg 1


Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix in the butter. Then add the water and egg. Mix together properly. Then roll out, cut and fry. Enjoy!
